Only what you type into the contact form: company name, product, what you need help with, and your email address. We use no advertising or tracking cookies and collect no personal information unrelated to your enquiry.
To answer your enquiry, to assess whether we can provide the service you asked about, and to continue the conversation. Nothing else. We do not sell it or pass it to third parties for marketing.
Beyond us, only two service providers touch the data, and only technically:
· FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — delivers the form contents to our mailbox by email.
· Cloudflare — hosts this website and routes our domain email.
No one else receives it.
Enquiry records are kept for a reasonable period after the conversation ends (normally no more than 24 months) and then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner — see section 6.
This site sets no advertising cookies and does no cross-site tracking. Visit statistics are collected without cookies and record only page views, referrers and which pages were visited — not individual identities.
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email contact@byeastar.com and we will act within a reasonable period.
