Before your cold email works, it has to land in the inbox — not the spam folder.
Many people spend huge effort writing cold emails and shortlisting buyers, only to see them vanish. The problem is usually not the wording — it is the unconfigured mailbox.
Sending overseas emails from a personal QQ or 163 mailbox will get you flagged as spam, because the domain does not match and there is no authentication.
This step is about giving your mailbox an identity: SPF, DKIM and DMARC, so overseas servers recognize it as a real business email, not phishing.
Mailbox selection, the three records, testing and verification are all done by us, with a configuration archive handed over.
Your domain (if you have none, set up the website first or buy a domain), and the email prefix you want.
